Annual Golf Outing 2011
Date: Thursday, September 15th, 2011
Time: Registration 9:00am, Shot Gun Start 10:00am
Venue: Prairie View Golf Club, Carmel, IN
Event Details: This event is expected to sell-out to 144 industry related players from the Indianapolis Metro. Players will include men and women with a wide range of golf skill and ability. Event starts at 10am and will be an 18-hold scramble tournament. We invite you to participate as a sponsor today!
Golf Scramble Registration
Bring a customer, client or coworker. Space is limited to 144 golfers and is expected to sell out.
Payment includes lunch provided by Applebee’s. Cookout and music after golf provided by Prairie View. Drink variety will be provided at no additional charge.
Cost is $100 per golfer, $400 per foursome. Members will receive discounts for signing up multiple teams. Rates are $375 for second foursome and $350 for four or more foursomes.

Includes Speciality Hole Sponsorship, a golf foursome the day of the event, listed as a Title Sponsor on all event materials including email invitations, online at www.aafindianapolis.com and rules & regulations.
Beverage Cart Sponsor
(2)-$900 EACH (Includes foursome)
Includes signage on one beverage cart and a foursome in the scramble. Listed as a sponsor on event materials. Opportunity to ride with a Prairie View employee who will responsible for beverage distribution.
Hole Sponsors
(15) $550 (Includes foursome)
Includes signage, including logo, on the course at designated Hole and a foursome for the scramble. Listed as a hole sponsor on event materials.

$500 – $1,000
We can customize sponsorships tied to special contests and opportunities for product distribution. Contact golf chair Greg Kiley with ideas and we can find a way to make it work!
Gift Bag Contributor
(UNLIMITED)
Provide any item to be used in the gift bag or award ceremony and receive recognition on all event materials including email invitations and online atwww.aafindianapolis.com. Gift bag donations should include 160 items.
